Refund policy

RETURN POLICY: Stock merchandise may be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment, or within 14 calendar days for exchange, provided the merchandise is in like-new, resalable condition and is returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty materials, and the original sales receipt. All returns are subject to inspection. SPECIAL ORDERS AND CUSTOM-ORDERED ITEMS ARE NON-CANCELABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Delivery, installation, programming, calibration, service, and other labor charges are non-refundable once performed. Returned checks are subject to a service charge as permitted by Ohio law. Merchandise must be paid in full before it is released to the customer.
