Welcome to Audible Elegance. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, online store, and related services. By visiting our website, purchasing a product, requesting a consultation, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Audible Elegance is located at 9462 Montgomery Road, Montgomery, Ohio 45242. References to “Audible Elegance,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Audible Elegance and its authorized representatives.

1. Use of Our Website

You may use this website for lawful personal and commercial purchasing purposes. You may not use the website to engage in fraudulent activity, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, restrict website access, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect our customers, business, website, or payment systems.

Audible Elegance makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, pricing, and availability.

Manufacturers may occasionally change specifications, finishes, packaging, features, or accessories without notice. Product images may also vary slightly from the actual product due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturer photography, or production changes.

If you have questions regarding specifications, compatibility, finishes, dimensions, or system matching, we encourage you to contact us before ordering.

3. Pricing and Availability

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing, correct errors, modify promotions, or update product availability at any time.

Occasionally a product may be listed with an incorrect price, description, or availability status. If an error affects an order, we may contact you before processing the transaction or cancel and refund the affected order.

Some products may have manufacturer pricing restrictions or may only be available for purchase through our showroom.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, manufacturer restrictions, or shipping limitations.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

We may limit quantities when appropriate.

5. Payment

Payment must be made using an accepted payment method presented during checkout.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, delivery fees, installation charges, or other fees will be displayed when applicable.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delays may occur due to manufacturers, distributors, carriers, weather, supply-chain conditions, special-order production, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information.

Risk of loss and responsibility for shipped products may transfer in accordance with applicable carrier and shipping terms.

Please inspect shipments promptly and notify us of missing, damaged, or incorrect merchandise as soon as reasonably possible.

7. In-Store Pickup

Products designated for in-store pickup may be collected at our Montgomery, Ohio showroom after you receive confirmation that the order is ready.

Identification or proof of purchase may be required.

Selecting in-store pickup for a custom installation project does not necessarily mean the customer will physically transport the equipment. We may use that designation when equipment will ultimately be delivered or installed by Audible Elegance as part of an agreed project.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our posted Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Certain products may be subject to special return restrictions, including special-order merchandise, custom-configured products, opened consumables, installed products, clearance merchandise, or products subject to manufacturer restrictions.

Customers should review our Refund Policy before purchasing.

9. Special Orders

Some products are ordered specifically for an individual customer.

Special-order products may require a deposit and may be non-cancelable or subject to restocking or cancellation charges once an order has been placed with the manufacturer or distributor.

Any special conditions applicable to a particular order will be communicated before or at the time of purchase whenever reasonably possible.

10. Custom Installation and Professional Services

Audible Elegance provides professional services that may include home theater installation, whole-home audio, outdoor entertainment systems, television and speaker installation, system integration, home automation, lighting control, motorized shades, system design, troubleshooting, and related services.

Custom installation projects may be governed by a separate proposal, estimate, scope of work, installation agreement, or contract.

When a separate agreement exists, the terms of that agreement control the specific installation project in the event of a conflict with these website Terms.

Project pricing may change when concealed conditions, structural issues, electrical conditions, construction changes, inaccessible wiring, customer-requested changes, or other circumstances are discovered after work begins.

Additional work outside the agreed scope requires customer approval before being billed whenever practical.

11. Equipment Compatibility

Audio, video, networking, automation, lighting, and smart-home systems frequently involve equipment from multiple manufacturers.

We make reasonable efforts to recommend compatible products and systems based on information available at the time of purchase or system design.

We cannot guarantee compatibility with every existing, future, discontinued, modified, third-party, or unsupported product.

Software updates, manufacturer changes, discontinued cloud services, network changes, or third-party platform changes may affect system functionality after installation.

12. Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold by Audible Elegance include warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.

Manufacturer warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and procedures are determined by the manufacturer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Audible Elegance does not create an additional product warranty beyond warranties required by applicable law.

We will reasonably assist our customers with legitimate manufacturer warranty issues when possible.

13. Used, Demo, Open-Box, and Consignment Products

Products identified as used, demonstration, open-box, trade-in, or consignment merchandise may show normal signs of prior use.

The condition and warranty status of these products may differ from new merchandise and will be described as accurately as reasonably possible.

Manufacturer warranty coverage may not apply to all used or consignment products.

14. Intellectual Property

The Audible Elegance name, logo, website content, written material, original photographs, graphics, page designs, and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or commercially used without permission.

Manufacturer names, logos, trademarks, photographs, and product materials remain the property of their respective owners.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to manufacturers, payment processors, financing providers, shipping companies, social networks, review platforms, or other third-party services.

These services operate independently from Audible Elegance. Their websites, policies, availability, security, and performance are governed by their own terms.
