MartinLogan Depth 215 Flagship Reference Powered Subwoofer

Monumental Power. Absolute Control. Reference-Level Bass.

The MartinLogan Depth 215 represents the pinnacle of MartinLogan's subwoofer engineering—a remarkable achievement in low-frequency reproduction designed for listeners who demand extraordinary power without sacrificing musical accuracy.

Featuring two massive 15-inch Carbon Aerocore woofers operating in MartinLogan's signature BalancedForce configuration, the Depth 215 delivers exceptional bass authority while virtually eliminating the cabinet vibrations that can compromise clarity and precision.

Whether reproducing the lowest notes of a pipe organ, the subtle resonance of an acoustic bass, or the tremendous impact of a cinematic soundtrack, the Depth 215 delivers an experience that is both physically powerful and remarkably refined.

Uncompromising Amplification

Two reference-grade Class-D amplifiers deliver a combined 4,400 watts of dynamic peak power and 2,200 watts RMS.

These substantial power reserves allow the Depth 215 to reproduce demanding low-frequency passages with exceptional dynamic capability and minimal distortion.

An advanced 500MHz, 64-bit Vojtko DSP engine oversees the system's performance, providing sophisticated control over the powerful dual-driver arrangement.

With a specified frequency response extending from 18Hz to 120Hz (±3dB, anechoic via LFE), the Depth 215 reproduces the foundation of music and movies with remarkable precision.

BalancedForce Engineering

Producing deep bass creates tremendous mechanical forces. MartinLogan addresses this challenge through its opposed-driver BalancedForce design.

The two 15-inch woofers move in opposition, canceling much of the mechanical energy that would otherwise cause the cabinet to vibrate.

The result is bass with exceptional clarity, definition, and impact—without the unwanted coloration often associated with conventional high-output subwoofers.

Precision Room Optimization

The Depth 215 supports Anthem Room Correction (ARC Genesis), allowing detailed calibration to help address the effects of room acoustics.

MartinLogan's Subwoofer Control app makes it easy to adjust output level, crossover settings, phase, listening modes, and other performance parameters from your smartphone.

An integrated wireless receiver and included transmitter provide additional flexibility for installation and placement.

Designed to Be Seen. Engineered to Be Heard.

The Depth 215 combines extraordinary performance with a beautifully sculpted, extensively reinforced cabinet finished in elegant gloss black.

Its illuminated front control interface, concealed amplifier cooling system, and thoughtful industrial design make it a fitting centerpiece for the finest listening rooms and home theaters.
